1. Digital-Product Nature
Arshedni feasibility reports (both Standard and Premium) are digital products delivered immediately upon generation completion. Once a report has been generated and made available to your account, the digital good is considered delivered under Saudi Arabia's E-Commerce Law (Royal Decree M/126) and Article 13 of its Executive Regulations.
2. No Cash Refund After Delivery
By agreeing to the Terms of Service at checkout, you expressly waive the standard 7-day cooling-off right for delivered digital goods. Successfully generated reports are non-refundable in cash after the generation process completes, as AI resources are consumed immediately upon processing start.
3. Report Credit Restoration on Generation Failure
If the Premium report pipeline fails to generate a completed report due to a system error (not due to incorrect user input), a report credit will be automatically restored to your account within 24 hours, which you may use to generate a new report at no additional charge. No cash refund is issued in this case; credit restoration constitutes full remedy for the contracted service.
4. Cancellation Before Generation
If you wish to cancel before the report pipeline starts, contact us immediately at info@arshedni.com with your transaction number. If we can confirm the report has not yet entered processing, we will issue a full cash refund to the original payment method. Once processing begins, cancellation is not possible and Section 3 above applies.
5. Processing Time Is Not Grounds for a Refund
Standard tier reports typically complete within 2 to 5 minutes, and Premium tier reports within 30 to 60 minutes. Extended processing times due to demand load or third-party AI provider disruptions do not constitute a service failure and are not grounds for a refund, as long as the report is ultimately delivered.
6. How Approved Refunds Are Processed
In cases where a cash refund is approved under Section 4 above, the amount is issued to the original payment method via Moyasar. Settlement timelines depend on your card issuer (typically 5–14 business days for Mada and Visa/Mastercard).

8. Relationship to Terms of Service
This policy should be read alongside the Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between this policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service prevail. Any refund-related dispute is governed by applicable Saudi Arabian law and the Moyasar merchant agreement.
