5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
In accordance with the Saudi E-Commerce Law, the following refund terms apply:
- Successful Report Generation: Once a feasibility report has been successfully generated and delivered, no refund is available. AI-generated reports are considered consumed digital goods upon delivery.
- Failed Report Generation: If the Service fails to generate a report due to a system error (not user error), and no fallback report is provided, the report credit will be restored to your account automatically. No separate refund is required as no payment is consumed.
- Processing Time: Standard reports typically complete within 2 to 5 minutes. Premium reports typically complete within 30 to 60 minutes. Extended processing times do not constitute a service failure and are not grounds for a refund.
- Cancellation: You may not cancel a report once generation has begun, as AI processing resources are consumed immediately upon submission.
For refund requests or disputes, contact us at info@arshedni.com. We will respond within 5 business days.
6. AI-Generated Content Disclosure & Disclaimer
All feasibility reports, analyses, and recommendations produced by the Service are generated entirely by artificial intelligence systems. No human expert reviews, edits, or approves the content before delivery. In accordance with the AI Ethics Principles and Generative AI Guidelines published by the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA), we disclose that:
- All report content — including market analysis, financial projections, legal guidance, HR plans, and risk assessments — is AI-generated using multiple third-party AI models. The Standard tier uses Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, and Perplexity Sonar. The Premium tier additionally uses OpenAI GPT-4o, xAI Grok, Mistral, and Cohere models for extended analysis and cross-validation.
- Reports do not constitute professional financial, legal, or business advice, regardless of the tier selected.
- AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or errors. You should independently verify all data, projections, and recommendations before making business decisions. The use of multiple AI models in the Premium tier does not guarantee higher accuracy.
- Licensing information provided is for general guidance only. You must verify current requirements directly with the relevant government authorities.
- Financial projections are estimates based on AI analysis and should not be relied upon as guarantees of future performance. This applies to all financial scenarios including sensitivity analysis and stress testing provided in Premium reports.
